Warranty Policy
CloudyNap products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Mattress products carry up to a 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on your invoice or product page.
Limitations of Warranty
- Damage caused by burns, cuts, tears, stains, or liquid spills
- Abnormal wear, misuse, or improper handling
- Use without a proper bed base or foundation
- Normal softening, settling, or comfort preference changes over time
Terms and conditions
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase (invoice / order ID) is required for any claim
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Product must have been used under normal household conditions
- CloudyNap may repair, replace, or offer an equivalent solution at its discretion
- Shipping, handling, or inspection fees may apply depending on the claim
- Warranty does not cover commercial or rental use unless agreed in writing
Maintenance Policy
Rotate your mattress regularly as recommended, use a suitable protector, and follow the care guidance provided with your product to help maintain warranty eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, standard return or exchange processes apply instead of cancellation.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation is possible only before the order is shipped
- Orders already out for delivery cannot be cancelled online
- Custom or specially ordered items may not be eligible for cancellation
Refund process
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and usually complete within a few business days after confirmation.

- Wait for confirmation that the order has not shipped
